Diet & Nutrition What we eat, how we eat and how much we eat plays a vital role in our lives.  It's not very surprising to hear that the root causes of the majority of ailments we come across in our lives are primarily due to improper intake of food and lack of a balanced diet.

Eating a healthy diet is hard and can be challenging. There is so much being said about food and drink. One minute we are told something is good for us and the next we are told that it isn't.  There are so many books to buy and different types of diets to follow.  It's hard to know what is good for us and what is not.

One thing to remember is that your diet plays an important part in looking after your skin.  If you suffer with acne, blemishes, psoriasis, eczema or acne rosea, changing your diet may help with these symptoms.  By making some simple changes to your diet can also make a huge difference to your health.

Working together we will analyse a four week food diary to see where changes can be made to help you obtain a healthy balance.  You will be provided with continual support and guidance throughout the course.
